Growing up a competitive dancer and cheerleader, Stephanie fell in love with movement at a very young age. Per advice of a friend, she found Yoga in 2007 following a tragic loss and lower back injury. Yoga became a way of healing, one that was more powerful and beneficial than any other avenue she tried and she knew she had stumbled upon something very special. Her Yoga journey quickly unfolded from practicing to teaching in that same year. She is a 200E-RYT through Beth Shaw and YogaFit and is currently pursuing her 500 RYT. Stephanie decided to open HEAT Yoga & Fitness after only 3 years of teaching. Having experience with Bikram and vinyasa her classes are a unique and disciplined with an emphasis on alignment and breath. Creative flows, energetic music, and passion to continue learning and evolving is what keeps her students coming back. Finding progression in your personal practice is what is most important to her; infusing you with positivity and light along the journey.
